1. Order processing time
1.1 Orders placed by 12:00 pm on working days from Monday to Friday and paid via fast payment or cash on delivery are shipped the same day.
1.2 Orders placed after 12:00 pm and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are shipped the next business day.
1.3 If you choose the form of payment “traditional transfer”, the delivery date is calculated from the date when the transfer is credited.
1.4 Courier does not deliver packages on weekends and holidays
2. Delivery methods
2.1 We offer the following delivery methods:
- InPost Paczkomaty 24\7 (weight up to 25 kg)
- InPost Courier (weight up to 30 kg)
- InPost Courier cash on delivery (weight up to 30 kg)
- Courier Dpd (weight up to 30 kg)
- Courier Dpd cash on delivery (weight up to 30 kg)
- DPD Pickup Points (weight up to 20 kg)
- DPD Pickup Pickup points (weight up to 20 kg)
- Personal collection at the company's headquarters (payment in advance) - 0 zł - Polax Euro Group Sp. z o.o, Postępu 16, Kolonia Lesznowola, 05-506 from Monday to Friday from: 8:00-16:00
2.2 Delivery costs may vary depending on the selected delivery method and order value.
2.3 Free delivery for individual customers is available for orders over 250 PLN gross. (only for Poland)
2.4 For wholesale customers and distributors we offer free delivery for orders over 1000 PLN net. (only for Poland)
2.5 The cost and delivery times for pallet orders are determined individually, depending on the quantity, delivery location and frequency of orders. Our manager will be happy to help you choose the optimal logistics solution that best meets the needs of your business.
3. Tracking of the shipment
3.1 After the shipment is shipped, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number of the package.
3.2 You can check the status of your order on the carrier's website by entering the tracking number.
4. Responsibility for the shipment
4.1 The seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.
4.2 In case of damage to the shipment in transit, the customer is obliged to prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier and contact customer service.
5. Unclaimed shipments
5.1 If the shipment is unclaimed and returned to the sender, the customer may have it shipped again at his own expense.
5.2 In the case of cancellation of re-shipment, the refund will be made after deducting the transportation costs.
