1. General provisions

The Regulations set out the rules for the use of the store, placing orders, delivery, payment, withdrawal from the contract and the complaint procedure.
2. Definitions

- Customer - a natural person, legal entity or organizational unit making purchases,
- Consumer - a customer who is a natural person making purchases not directly related to economic or professional activity.
3. Conditions for placing orders
- The Customer may place an order through the 24/7 store website.
- The order is processed after it is confirmed and payment is credited (or a cash on delivery option is selected).
4. Prices and payment
- All prices listed in the store are gross prices (including VAT).
- The customer has a choice of available forms of payment: bank transfer, online payment, cash on delivery.
- A sales document (invoice/paragon) is issued for each purchase.
5 Delivery

6. Withdrawal from the contract
