Return and Exchange Conditions

1. Right of return

1.1 The customer has the right to return the purchased product without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. 

1.2 To exercise the right of return, please fill out the return form and send it by e-mail to reklamacja@polax.pl or by post to the seller's address:

1.3 The product must be returned intact, unused and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase. 

1.4 Refunds will be made within 14 days of our receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase. 

1.5 In the event of withdrawal from the contract, you will be required to pay the cost of return shipping to the Seller. Please be advised that the seller will not accept return shipments sent cash on delivery

2. Complaints

2.1 If the product is defective or not in accordance with the order, the customer has the right to make a complaint within 24 months from the date of purchase.

2.2 In order to make a claim, a claim form should be filled out and sent to reklamacja@polax.pl, attaching photos of the product.

2.3 If the claim form is incomplete or incorrectly filled out, you will be asked to correct it within no more than 7 (seven) days. Failure to complete or correct the form within the indicated period will result in rejection of the complaint. 

2.4 Complaints are processed within 14 days from the date of notification. 

2.5 If the complaint is accepted, you may receive a refund or replacement of the product.

3. Product replacement 

3.1 The customer has the right to exchange the product for another within 14 days from the date of receipt of shipment. 

3.2 In order to make an exchange, you must contact us via email areklamacja@polax.pl and specify the product for which the exchange is to be made. 

3.3 The product must be returned intact, unused and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase. 

3.4 The cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer, unless the exchange is due to an error of the store or a defect in the goods.

3.5 The new product will be shipped after receipt of the return and its positive verification.
