The Polax ZIRCONIA-ALUMINA fluted grinding wheel is made of zirconia corundum.

The zirconia crystals in the material ensure maximum performance, increased hardness, and wear resistance of the wheel.

The tool is used in conjunction with an angle grinder for grinding and polishing items made of various metals, wood and lumber, and concrete, as well as for removing rust, finishing edges and welds, and stripping surfaces of old paint and varnish coatings.

Using this disc ensures that no burn marks, pits, gouges, or other defects occur during processing. Structurally, the product is a round disc with segments (petals) arranged in a fan-like pattern. Their working surface is coated with abrasive material of uniform grit size. The petal-shaped configuration of the disc’s working surface reduces vibration during operation, ensures smooth operation, and provides timely cooling in the grinding area.
