The Polax flap grinding disc is used in combination with an angle grinder for grinding and polishing products made of various metals, wood and lumber, concrete, as well as for removing rust, processing edges and welds, cleaning surfaces from old paint and varnish coatings. The use of such a circle allows to achieve the absence of burns, pits, cuts and other defects during processing. Structurally, the product is a round disk with a fan-shaped arrangement of segments (petals). Their working surface is covered with an abrasive material with uniform grain size. The petal configuration of the working part of the circle reduces its vibration during operation, ensures smooth running and ensures timely cooling in the grinding area.
